CLASSES AT INDIGO

Meditation, Guided Imagery and Journaling Class
Learn a variety of techniques for meditation practice and methods to reduce stress and deepen your self- awareness. Guided Imagery using visual cues assists in the meditative process and journaling is an invaluable thought provoking tool that helps clarify thoughts and manage stress.

Many of us want to meditate but find it very difficult to do on our own. A group setting is supportive and enriches the entire experience. Meditation assists in the healing process, unlocks creativity, promotes wellness and increases cognitive awareness. Solve problems and get answers with these powerful self-awareness techniques. This 4 week class is taught by Eadie Richards, M.Ed. Counseling, NCC.

Classes will be held on Wednesdays July 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 5-6:30pm.
Pre-enrollment is required.
